Once you find the right channels, it only takes 30 minutes of your day to get inspired or educated. 

The best part? You can listen to them wherever: at the gym, taking a shower, preparing a meal or driving a car…Get the information you need as equivalent as from a book.

Here are 10 inspirational Podcasts I’m listening to. They recharge my spirit, boost my mood and get me motivated! Even better, I can learn for free!

1. The Tony Robbins Podcast

Tony Robbins has changed thousands of people with his infectious energy. His ideas are insightful, his heart is genuine, his speech is super powerful with an enormous positive impact on the world.

The guests invited to his podcast provide helpful advice and interesting stories. It’s been on my “1st to listen” list for a long time. There is nothing NOT to love about it!

2. State of Mind – Blinkist

This brand new channel came out at the beginning of 2020. Hosted by Niklas Jasen, co-founder of Blinkist. It only has 4 episodes so far but each one of them is AMAZING!

The sound effects allow you to imagine and connect with every inspiring story. After listening to the first episode last weekend, I couldn’t help but listen to all of them.

3. Greatest Motivational Speeches

Lack of motivation? This podcast will wake you up with “a slap in the face”. The most inspirational speeches of successful entrepreneurs around the world gather in 10 minutes audio. Which always pump me up! 

I burst in tears when I was listening to Jack Ma’s story and got so inspired.

It is a must-have for the gym!

4. On Purpose with Jay Shetty

British motivational speaker Jay Shetty encouraged everyone to learn how to think like a monk. With the proof of his unique experience – “Think like a monk” has also become a philosophy in Jay’s life.

Incisive conversation, inspiring interviews and touching stories with a clean British accent, this channel is also popular among Hollywood celebrities like Jennifer Aniston.

5. The School of Greatness – Lewis Howes

One of my favourite Podcasts. Lewis Howes is a former professional football player, struggled for a while after his career setback. Because he couldn’t pay his rent, he stayed in his sister’s couch while trying to figure out what to do.

Ten years later, Lewis’s podcast reached 40 million downloads and ranked on Top List. He also became a New York best-selling author and lifestyle entrepreneur.

Every week on The School of Greatness, Lewis brings 1 story or message that inspires you to do something great.

6. Impact Theory with Tom Bilyeu 

Tom Bilyeu’s story on Jay Shetty’s podcast On purpose deeply inspired me.

Then I subscribed Tom’s podcast and felt like I had discovered another new world. Impact Theory feature experts who share their experiences and the messages are always upbeat and insightful.

7. The Mindvalley Podcast with Vishen Lakhiani

To be honest, I learned more on Mindvalley for free than I learned from school. New episodes come out every week, topics run the gamut of daily life, including meditation, willpower, fitness, habits, health, and more.

Vishen Lakhiani is aware of the importance of creating value for the audience before join his paid courses. Worth listening.

8. RISE Podcast – Rachel Hollis

Rachel Hollis is such an inspirational female entrepreneur. Her New York Times bestseller《Girl, Wash Your Face》 has sold 800K copies in print and counting.

In her podcast RISE, Rachel gets straight to the point without useless marketing messages, which makes it a pleasure to listen to. Many episodes offer actionable tips that you can use right away.

9. The Blogging Millionaire

This weekly podcast from blogger Brandon Gaille provides tips, tools, and techniques to change your life by blogging.

From a rookie to an expert in blogging, Brandon used only 18 months. The podcast lasts 10-20 minutes, on average. Besides blogging it also helps you to improve your mind management, cultivate self-love, set goals, and more.

10. The Tim Ferriss Show

The #1 Podcast on Apple. Tim Ferriss – Author of 《4-hour work week》, hosts hundreds of long-form interviews which bring you impressive messages on how to escape the 9-5 life barrier and live a happier, more fulfilled life.

The Tim Ferriss Show is also a great resource to find books to read.
